Appointment changes and cancelations:

At least 48 hours advanced notice is required when canceling or making changes to existing appointments in order to avoid additional charges.

Medication Refills:

Issuing prescription refills for controlled-substances can require additional time.  Therefore, it is recommended that requests for refills be made at least one week in advance via phone or email.

Dr. Taylor’s practice is located in the beautiful Hacienda Building on the east side of High Bluff Drive.  Her office is on the ground floor in the far left-hand corner of the courtyard.

A $150 deposit is required at the time of scheduling an Initial Consultation.
